The presenter discusses important management topics including managing a multigenerational workforce and holding critical conversations with employees.
Participants consider self-knowledge, business acumen, and working with others to learn the important differences that set leaders apart from managers. Managers take turns playing out real-world sticky scenarios to hone and practice leadership skills. Participants develop a specific plan of action as they identify how to communicate their vision and strategy to achieve goals of their people and the organization.
