Brad Karsh is President and lead trainer. An accomplished public speaker and author, Brad has been featured on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, New York Times, USA Today, and many others. Brad is an advice columnist for Yahoo! and he is author of Confessions of a Recruiting Director (Prentice Hall Press, 2006).
Prior to starting JB Training Solutions, Brad spent 15 years at advertising giant Leo Burnett in Chicago. He began his career in Account Management, working on clients including McDonald's, Procter & Gamble, and Pillsbury. He then moved into HR where he was responsible for hiring and training hundreds of employees.
Jeff Hiller is a Senior Trainer and Workshop Leader. Through JB Training Solutions, Jeff delivers interactive and dynamic programs to build stronger leaders, clearer communicators, better presenters, and respected managers.
Jeff began his career at Leo Burnett in Chicago where he became the youngest VP Account Director in the agency’s history, earning seven of the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Awards for superior business results. Before joining JB Training Solutions, Jeff was the Marketing Director for the Houston Rockets and VP of Marketing for Four Hands Imports (a 3-time Inc 500 Fastest Growing company).
Courtney Pike Templin is Vice President of JB Training Solutions. Courtney has over five years of experience in the training and development field. Courtney oversees all daily operations, and she spearheads JB Training Solutions' strategic planning and business development. Courtney is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals, Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Jay Colker is an Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience developing managers and leaders to achieve their full potential. Jay holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and has over 35 years of human capital experience overall working with senior leaders, managers, and employees at all levels. Jay's experiences include organizational development consulting, change management, and training.
Prior to joining JB Training solutions, Jay was Chief Learning Officer for a 2.4 billion dollar international corporation, a management consultant working with Fortune 500 companies including Exelon and McDonalds, a department head of a hospital overseeing 50 employees and a training institution, and a psychotherapist in a full time counseling practice. Jay is also an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix and at the Adler School of Professional Psychology.
John Vassar is an Executive Coach with over 30 years of experience working with managers and senior leaders to develop leadership skills, identify career goals, and enhance personal development. John provides coaching to help others develop high quality teams, better understand and improve corporate environments, and create a personal mission statement.
Prior to joining JB Training Solutions, John made significant contributions in the realm of sales, business development, and management. John built a financial service practice that has grown to $10 million in assets, and he organized and delivered sales training programs to hundreds of sales professionals. Some of the companies John has worked with include Siemens, Best Buy, PCC/Valcom, Ingram Micro, Fidelity Investments, Bank One, Newbridge Securities, Ameriprise Financial, Morgan Stanley, Onvia/DemandStar, and Tipplite.
With extensive experience in executing business plans and coaching employees, John has developed sales strategies and motivated teams to consistently exceed corporate goals. John offers tactical advice while educating and inspiring every person to take their performance to the next level.
